18 U.S.C. § 2257 Statement

All models, actors, actresses and other persons that appear in any image or video, whether of actual or simulated sexual conduct or otherwise, that appears on the website were no younger than eighteen years of age at the time of the creation of such.

Exemption: Content Produced by Third Parties

saggytits.pics operators are not the primary "producers" of any sexually explicit visual depictions, whether of real or simulated sexual acts, that are available on the site. In the case of content contributed by third-party users of the website, whether explicitly sexual in nature or otherwise, the operators and owners of saggytits.pics confine their actions to the transmission, storage, retrieval, hosting and/or formatting of that content. The areas of saggytits.pics on which user-provided content is displayed are under the control of those users. For this reason, the operators and owners of saggytits.pics are exempt from compliance with Section 2257 records keeping and labeling obligations as determined in 28 C.F.R. §75.1(c)(4). Any content that is held to be illegal, obscene, harmful, harassing, defamatory or in any way incompatible with the terms of use and policies of the website, may be removed at the sole discretion of the operator or owner, in accordance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257(h)(2)(B)(v) and 47 U.S.C. § 230(c).

Exemption: Content Produced by Website Operator

The visual depictions displayed on the website are exempt from the provision of 18 U.S.C. §§2257, 2257A and/or 28 C.F.R. §75, because: 1) they do not portray acts as specifically listed in 18 U.S.C §2256 (2)(A) (i) through (iv); 2) they do not portray acts as specifically listed in 18 U.S.C. §2257A produced after March 19, 2009; 3) they do not portray acts listed in 18 U.S.C. §2256(2)(A)(v) produced after March 19, 2009; 4) the visual depictions were created prior to July 3, 1995.
